All goods must be installed by a licensed electrician or a registered contractor.
For returns make sure to provide copy of invoice with returned goods with your request for action you require in order to avoid unnecessary delay. We process many transactions each day, and to manually look through and find yours will take some time and delay the process for you.

✔ Copy of invoice
✔ Description of Problem
✔ Copy of certificate of electrical safety
✔ Copy of registered, licensed electricians invoice.
Once we receive your goods we will process them in accordance with our t&c’s which includes testing them and checking they are in perfect working order and can be resold as new. We will make sure the damage if any, was not caused by incorrect installation/usage. once completed if found in your favour we will refund you less 25% + less postage.
